Justin F Sinclair

Hi and Welcome,

My name is Justin Sinclair and I specialize in Entertainment and Event Lighting. I have been actively working in the Entertainment Business for over 20 years now.

Currently I'm living in Macau SAR of China, and Employed with Dragone Macau Ltd. My role is Head Lighting Operator and Programmer for the water based show "The House of Dancing Water". I have been with the company nearing 10 years. My main responsibilities are maintaining the artistic integrity of the Show Lighting, Cueing, and Programming, in respect to the Lighting Designer conception. Previously I have been involved as a Programmer with the Dragone productions of "Taboo" from fixation sessions to creation of new acts.

From February to April of 2019 THODW under went a major revitalization period. I was involved with all Lighting System upgrades from planning a new fiber optic backbone to the building. With the integration of Luminex Network Switching and DMX management. Strand Vision.net 5.0 Programming and implementation. Strand EC21 Dimmer Rack Upgrades to the latest model. Programming and Integrating of SGM Light - LED G-Spots and G-Profiles into the show lighting rig. As well installing MA Lighting upgrades of, 2x MA3 M-unit Processors, 6x MA3 4Port Nodes, 4x MA3 8Port Nodes, and MA Network switching.

Occasionally The Dancing Water Theater will host special events, were I am responsible for programming the lighting requirements of the guest event. I have programmed for; The Chinese Film and Media Awards, Viva China Sports, MELCO Resorts and Entertainment COD 5 Year Anniversary, The Asia Film Awards, and CBS's Amazing Race Season 29 Episode 11.

Previous to my time in Macau, I was employed as a Lighting Technician for Holland America Line. Again, I had the role of maintaining the show lighting as how the lighting designer created it. I was also responsible for the programming of guest entertainers shows.

I have a strong passion for lighting and a great appreciation to what and where our technology is taking us.

Please have a look around the site. I have posted some YouTube Links of promotional videos for some of the projects I've been involved with, news article links, and as well a photo slide show on the main home page featuring photography from Tom Fairchild Photography.
